Second round!

We meet again fellow slash lovers! We bring you the second round of The Slash Awards!!

Just like last time, here's the 411:

Later today, I will be putting up the new list of categories. Most are still the same but we have added a few new ones and made some alterations.

After we post the categories, we want all of you slash lovers to send in some nominations for each category.

Nominations can be sent to Theslashawards@gmail.com through email or google document. You must include the category you are nominating for, as well as the title, author, and link. If the nomination is for a specific lemon/scene, please include the chapter number and the actual lemon/scene you are nominating (I.E. best blowjob or best first kiss).
You can nominate as many stories for as many categories as you want.

The only people that will see your nominations are MasterJasperWhitlock and myself.

The top 7 nominations for each category will be placed into open voting.

We will start accepting Nominations from August 1st through August 22nd.

We will post the top 7 for each category on August 23rd.

Open voting will begin August 23rd and go through September 13th.

Winners will be announced September 17th.

In order to be eligible for nomination, the story must be Twilight fanfiction posted on Fanfiction.net, Twilighted.net, or public livejournal page. Also, if a story had previously won in a category, it can not be nominated in that same category again.

As much as we love our Edward and Bella stories, we hope to give some recognition to the talented authors who would rather see Edward with Jasper, or Emmett with Carlisle. The list goes on.

With all of the different Twific awards being given out recently, it has come to our attention that the Twislash community just isn't getting enough recognition. Sure, there is usually a category set aside for Best Slash but that is not nearly enough appreciation to show the tremendous amount of wonderful slash stories that have accumulated in this fandom.


So we bring you The Slash Awards!!
